1. Our Role
The CRM Centre LLP operates a matchmaking platform that connects businesses with certified CRM and HubSpot experts. We act solely as an introduction service. We are not a service provider and are not a party to any contracts between businesses and experts.
2. Use of the Site and Platform
You may use our Site or web application to:
- Submit a project enquiry
- Learn about our expert matchmaking services
- Sign up as a CRM expert or business client
- Create and manage your user profile
- Post CRM-related projects or express interest in available work
You must not:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to scrape, extract, or reuse any content from the Site or platform
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
3. Expert Introductions and Fees
We introduce businesses to vetted CRM experts. Experts agree to pay a 15% platform fee on any successfully secured and billed project. Businesses are not charged for using the platform to request a match.
4. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or suitability of any expert or business client introduced through the platform. All contractual relationships, work terms, and service quality remain solely the responsibility of the parties involved. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from use of the platform or reliance on expert matches.
5. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our Site or platform, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
